Light

Light shines. Light burns. Light reveals that which is hidden, illuminates that which is unknown. In the game, Light reveals above all the mines of fortune, and it is the Hero of Light who decides whether it is best to plunder, appraise, prospect, explore, chart, mine, quarter, distribute, or ignore entirely these stores of luck. Heroes of Light pursue truth, opportunities, excellence, victory, and their own sense of self. Their emblem is the blazing yellow sun upon the orange dawning sky, and Heroes of Light must learn to contain their fire.

Light might be radiant, but it has no true substance, and hates all that would block it’s path. It is because of this that Heroes of Light hate restriction, rules, and the concept of destiny, asserting themselves as different and individuals, their will as free where others aren’t, forever seeking to fight fate and the system of the game itself.

Because of their mania and obsession with freedom, Heroes of Light often find themselves entangled with First Guardians, usually thinking that they are the ones who will use gods to their own ends, while in truth it is the other way around. Awakening to their lack of autonomy and their own vulnerabilities comes hard to those of this Aspect.

Everything Shines Right Through Me Light Level 4
By manipulating your own perception of light wavelengths, you can peer through that which is meant to conceal uncover the secrets they keep within.
Any effect that would hide is instantly dispelled if you are aware that something is being hidden. If you have no prior knowledge of any secrets, then this trait is not used.
Friction Of The Mind Light Level 4
When you put your brain in motion, plans, dreams, and patterns fly out like arrows, red-hot and burning.

Talents

Shield Of A Different Destiny Light Level 6
You are a budding master of fate. Through the manipulation of luck, you can reach through the tapestry, snare the assault that your opponent besets upon you, lock it away, and unleash it upon another when the time comes.
Target: One enemy. Attack: Varies. Effect: You roll your Mangrit + Imagination + draw against the target’s Vim + Gambit + draw, taking damage without sustaining it. To hold the attack, roll your Mangrit + Imagination every turn until saved attack is redirected. Saved attack must be used on different target and be held for at least two turns before unleashing. Cost: 6 Mangrit
Beware My Power Cleansed And Set In Gold Light Level 10
Light radiates through your very center, held back only by your self-control. Exploding in a dream-like fury of power, will, and passion, you become an inhuman nova of excellence, only to burn out when your task is complete.
In triggering this talent, you can multiply any (square root of level) attributes by your (square root of Mangrit score) for a single turn. When the turn is complete, aforementioned attributes are halved from original values until you successfully resolve a Tough conflict. Cost: 10 Mangrit
