• Brazil (1985): Terry Gilliam’s darkly humorous take on dystopia, which might be described as a marriage of 1984 and Dr. Strangelove. There are a handful of different versions due to conflicts with the studio, including the infamously butchered “Love Conquers All” cut, so we’ll have to settle on one to watch.
